5 серпня 2022 року Сполучене Королівство Великої Британії та Північної Ірландії подало заяву про участь відповідно до статті 63 Статуту Суду у справі щодо звинувачень у геноциді відповідно до Конвенції про попередження злочину геноциду та покарання за нього (Україна проти Російської Федерації).
