The main bodies of the Fund are: The General Assembly, the Board of Directors and the President. The General Assembly as the supreme body proposes and decides on the directives, which are then concretised by the Board of Directors and carried into execution by the President.
In terms of projects, ideas and initiatives are to be directed to the Board, which will then take the decision whether following up, involving the General Assembly whenever possible.
On the ground, in the regions of Ukraine in the focus of the Fund’s work, partner organisations and contractual partners are coordinated, funded and controlled. Before entering contractual relationships with us our commercial partners have to undergo a tender, in which the most apt bidder will be chosen.
The UFF will play a coordinating role for reconstruction of Ukrainian economy.
UFF is in close contact with governmental and para-governmental institutions across the world.
UFF is in close contact with its partners in Ukraine will use the donations received to provide much-needed extra humanitarian aid in this terrible war.
