“A large number of schools have been completely destroyed. About 150 schools simply do not exist, they cannot be restored. About 900 schools are tormented, you can't study there either"

Before the Russian invasion, there were 15 thousand schools in Ukraine, now there are about 12 thousand, of which 3.5 thousand schools have the necessary shelters and provide full-time education, 3.5 thousand have only online, and in some part of the schools a mixed form of education is used.

The wife of the president, Elena Zelenskaya, spoke about this in an interview with the socio-political TV show “60 minutes”.

Together with our partners – the Czech Foundation “To Children of Ukraine” – Samsung tablets were handed over to the Department of Education of the Dmitrivska community (Kyiv region).

We make our joint contribution to the organization of the educational process, which must be done even in such a difficult time.
